The golf schedule is in full swing as players are getting ready for the Masters coming up in April. One player that’s been noticeably absent from the early proceedings is Tiger Woods, who has been recovering from back surgery during the off season. People have wondered when Tiger would make his return to the course and today reports came out that indicate it won’t be anytime soon.

Earlier today, Robert Lusetich, an author who has been embedded with Woods for years tweeted out the following updates on Woods’ condition.

That does not sound like Woods will return for the Masters or even the 2016 season. As Lusetich said, Tiger’s career isn’t over necessarily, but this is not good news for one of the all-time greats of the game. The question we’ve been asking of “Will Tiger win another major?” may now need to change to “Will Tiger ever play again?”
