One of the best things about minor league baseball is the creative promotions that the teams and leagues come up with to attract fans. You can always count on some unique giveaway or fun contest to pop up on a team’s marketing schedule and they are usually always hits with the fans.

The Bridgeport Bluefish held one of those promotions on Wednesday night. The Bluefish, located in Bridgeport, CT, are an independent team and are not affiliated with any MLB team. In their game against the Lancaster Barnstormers, the Bluefish had a bobblehead giveaway of former Mets manager Bobby Valentine. But it wasn’t just any regular bobblehead. It was the depiction of Valentine wearing his infamous disguise back from that memorable game in 1999:

The Bluefish will have a number of other promotions and bobblehead giveaways later this season, but nothing will top the Bobby V in disguise one.
