Ransomware Attack
A ransomware attack is spreading across the world. This is just over a month after the WannaCry attack hit more than 150 countries. The attack originated in Ukraine but has quickly spread to other countries such as the UK and Russia. The malware has reportedly taken Ukraine banks offline, locked government officials out of their computers and affecting the Ukrainian state power company. Ransomware is a malicious computer program that locks users out of their computers and servers until a specified sum is paid.

Which Cities Have The Best And Worst Drivers?A new study is out that's fact-checking those myths about where the country's worst drivers live. Insurance comparison company QuoteWizard studied the 75 most populated U.S. cities. Ranking each by the number accidents, traffic tickets, and drunk driving offenses the local drivers had. The city QuoteWizard says should have their keys taken away this year was Sacramento. The capital of California also piled up the most tickets in the U.S. America's worst drivers were found in five of 10 California cities, including Los Angeles and San Diego. The best drivers in the U.S. were found in, appropriately, the "Motor City" of Detroit. Detroit drivers had the fewest accidents and second-lowest amount of tickets. Florida drivers were also among the best, with Miami and Orlando finishing in the Top 5. New York, famed for its traffic jams and very vocal drivers, finished a modest 36th among America's worst motorists.
Survey: Most People Can’t Stand Seeing Your Vacation PicsSocial media posts have become the new vacation postcards for people wanting to show off their relaxing trips around the globe. A new study says 77 percent of people post vacation pics during their trip. That may not be such great news for the traveler's friends as the same survey found 73 percent of those polled were annoyed by all the posts. People especially can’t stand the “hot dog legs” images, according to Aviva, the British insurer running the survey. Aviva says 21 percent of those polled admitted they post to show off to their followers. 10 percent said they enjoyed making others jealous. “A holiday is, for many, a time to switch-off and have a rest but it would seem that taking a break doesn’t apply to social media,” says Adam Beckett, Propositions Director at Aviva. Expect to see more hotel balcony shots this summer, the most popular vacation photo according to the survey.
