Bengals Star AJ Green Carted Off Field With Hamstring Injury In First Quarter

Bryan Altman

Things look to have gone from bad to worse for the Bengals this year in the early stages of Week 11, In the opening minutes of the Bengals’ game against the Bills, Green went down clutching his hamstring on the sideline and had to be carted off the field.

Green has been one of the best receivers in the league this year and for most of his career with the Bengals. He already has 66 catches for 964 yards and 4 TDs this season, so obviously losing Green for any amount of time would be a brutal blow for a 3-5-1 Bengals team trying to get back into the playoff picture.

Update: Green has been ruled out for the remainder of the game with a hamstring injury. No update has been given regarding the severity of the injury.

We will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
