Athletes Respond to Donald Trump’s ‘Locker Room Talk’ Comment

By Jeremiah Delgado

On Sunday night, the second presidential debate was held and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump was forced to answer questions about his inappropriate comments toward women. His defense for these comments, “It’s just locker room talk.”

Athletes immediately took to Twitter to respond to Trump’s comments and clarify that his statement is not indicative of a real locker room.

Los Angeles Clippers Guard Jamal Crawford questioned that rhetoric.

While Portland Trail Blazers Guard C.J. McCollum has never “heard that before.”

Los Angeles Galaxy Midfielder did not take lightly to this comment.

Oakland Athletics Pitcher assures the public that is not what is talked about in locker rooms.

Former Minnesota Vikings Punter Chris Kluwe tells Trump “no.”

Cleveland Cavaliers Forward Dahntay Jones says Trump’s comment is “unacceptable.”

Philadelphia 76ers Guard Kendall Marshall gave everyone a public service announcement.

Kansas City Chiefs Wide Receiver Chris Conley went on a rant.

Houstons Texans Wide Receiver Jaelen Strong knows what it is like to be in a locker room.

Former Safety Bernard Pollard shared some of his thoughts too.

Los Angeles Clippers Forward Blake Griffin made a mockery out of this comment.
