Strength Coach Walks On Top Of Players Legs During Wall Sits

By Ryan Mayer

If you’ve been a part of an organized sports team at any point, you have most likely been put through workouts that made you want to cry, puke, lay down in exhaustion or some combination of all three. To you, that workout or exercise evokes a shudder down your spine or the immediate sensation of wanting to run the other way as fast as possible. For the Louisiana-Lafayette offensive lineman, this clip will likely end up evoking those feelings after their playing days are over.

Yep, you saw that correctly. That is one of the Ragin’ Cajun strength and conditioning coaches walking across the laps of the offensive lineman while they’re doing wall sits with 45-pound plates. If you’ve ever done wall sits, you know how difficult they are to do for a length of time with just your body weight. Add to that a 45-pound plate and then periodically another 150-200 pounds of human to it.

My legs are burning just thinking about this workout. Welcome to college football offseason workouts, folks. Don’t they look like fun?
