Howie Roseman on Philly Sports Radio 94 WIP- Angelo Cataldi and the Morning Team
This is a HUGE draft for Philadelphia Eagles GM Howie Roseman and after trading up to the number 2 overall pick in the draft with the Cleveland Browns, the expectations of a franchise quarterback were building. Roseman tells the morning team how excited he and the organization are about their new QB in Carson Wentz and Head Coach Doug Pederson even compared him to the legend, Brett Favre. Those are certainly lofty expectations out of a young QB and we know Sam Bradford is not happy about the whole thing as the plot thickens in Philadelphia.

One of the biggest stories from last week was that the U.S Court of Appeals ruled that New England Patriots QB Tom Brady’s four game suspension, for his participation in “Deflategate” was to be upheld and served at the beginning of the 2016 season. George Atallah, the assistant executive director of external affairs for the National Football League Players Association joined Grant and Danny to discuss his feelings on the Courts ruling. He says he wasn’t surprised with the ruling, you always have to be prepared for any outcome and that they plan to continue to fight this ruling for the New England QB.
